San-Qi
San-Qi (the three energies) pulsates with the spirit of new Asia, offering an energetic dining experience that takes guests on an eclectic culinary adventure through some of the most popular cuisines of the East – Japanese, Chinese and Indian. Sleek and contemporary, with accents of glass and natural woods, this food theatre/restaurant features the best of Asian dining, accompanied by a hip wine bar, trendy world music and new Indian jazz, mixed by the Hotel's resident DJ.
The restaurant's open concept features tandoor kitchens, a wok station and an eight-seat Chef's Table. The upper level is dedicated to Japanese cuisine and is complete with sushi bar, teppanyaki table and robata grill. Three private dining rooms are available for exclusive events.
Linking the two floors is a dramatic staircase lined with wine racks. A small but impressive wine list includes the best of the old and new world wineries, including a hand-picked selection of Bordeaux and some of the best blends from emerging wine producers in the Nashik region of India. The extensive wine-by-the-glass list offers classified clarets and a unique selection from boutique wineries. Guests are guided through the options by a young and passionate team of wine butlers eager to show off their knowledge.
Seats 180, including 28 in private dining rooms. San-Qi's entrance is next to the main entrance of the Hotel.
